As our current MOU expires today, September 1st, we will officially be out of contract. Now is the time for our members to begin work-related action. Local 3631 does not want this day to go unnoticed by our members, management or the JPA.  That is why we are announcing the first of our “WORK TO THE RULE” actions immediately.  Now is the time to work together and show management the true potential and power of our membership.
